Below is the presentation and all of the forms from the VEHI-Health Plans (new Health Insurance) presentation at the SU gathering 9/25/17. The deadline to sign up for a Health Insurance Plan is October 19, 2017. There are 5 dedicated dates to support FNWSU employees signing-up for the new Health Insurance. If you have any questions about the sign-up process, be sure to attend one of these meetings.
